Opened in 1937, The Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital is a dedicated private facility that provides private patient services for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.  The unit specialises in trauma and orthopaedics, weight loss, vascular surgery, gynaecology, respiratory medicine, urology, ENT (ear nose and throat) and general surgery, as well as the internationally renowned obstetric and maternity unit that caters for both straightforward and complex pregnancies.
