Wilms' tumour is also known as nephroblastoma. Wilms' tumour can affect one or both kidneys at the same time. Common clinical features are an abdominal mass, hematuria and abdominal pain. It is the most common tumour in children. Investigations performed are a complete blood count, renal function tests, urine analysis, ultrasound, MRI and CT scan. Nephrectomy followed by chemotherapy and radiotherapy is the treatment of choice.
