Inverted papillomatosis of the nose are benign tumors that affect the mucosal lining of the nose as well as the paranasal cavity. These malignancies grow slowly and are mostly benign. However, they may sometimes progress into malignant tumours. The growths are found only on one side of the nose; there is unilateral obstruction of the nasal cavity, bleeding, presence of discharge and facial pain. Males are affected more than females.
