Hospitals and clinics treating Haemangioma

A haemangioma (also know as Strawberry naevus)is a reddish birthmark which was formed by a collection of blood vessels under the skin. This is often found on the face and develops during the first few weeks of an infant’s life. It is usually flat and gradually becomes raised. This could also grow in size until it regresses into a small mark. A Haemangioma could fade after 10 years. If it does not disappear or it occupies a large area of the face, plastic surgery or pulsed laser treatment may be performed to remove the mark.
