The hair for eyebrow replacement is extracted from the back of the scalp, using the FUE technique. Following preparation of the hair under a microscope, it is inserted into the thinning areas in the eyebrows, with a 23 gauge hypodermic needle under a high magnification microscope. This is a very delicate procedure, which requires perfect placement of these hairs into almost microscopic incisions made. No scalpels are rquired.
