Hospitals and clinics providing Dupuytren's contracture surgery

Dupuytren’s contracture surgery is a condition of the hand and fingers.A procedure, called fasciotomy, is used in those patients who develop severe symptoms. The procedure is called an open fasciotomy, where an incision in the skin of the hand is made to access the thickened connective tissue. The tissue is cut and divided to straighten the fingers. This only leaves a very small wound which will be closed with stitches, and these will be removed after one week or 10 days after a week.
