This team of audiologists are not only professional, extremely knowledgeable and competent specialists, they are also ones of the most caring healthcare professionals I have ever met. They helped me choose the most appropriate hearing aids to suit my very specific needs, not the most expensive ones. They listened to me and keep tweaking accordingly. They took me me every step of the way helping me adjust to the newly re-discovered sounds, helped with a communication programme, thanks to them I again enjoy working with my patients, and am much more confident at work and social situations, ad reclaimed my social life. They also helped to arrange financing, so I didn't need to worry about that. One person waited for me well after the closing time so I could get there without stressing (i have mobility problem). Most importantly, the entire team from the receptionists to the audiologists are genuinely caring and treated me with utmost respect, not because I was a paying customer, but because they clearly believe everyone deserves to be treated right.
