Hospitals and clinics treating Corneal abrasion

The transparent part of the eye in front of the coloured disc (‘iris’) is called the ‘cornea’. Injuring the eye, infections, poorly fitting or dirty contact lenses can scratch (‘abrasion’) the cornea thus injuring it. Antibiotics are prescribed for infections, along with pain relieving eye drops. A temporary patch can be applied over the eye to prevent further damage.

Submit a request for further information, a quotation or indicative cost. Your enquiry will be forwarded to up to 3 private healthcare providers. They will respond directly with further information.
