Hospitals and clinics treating Bladder cancer

The Bladder collects urine from the kidneys and acts as a reservoir until it is full enough to be voided. The most common causes of bladder cancer are smoking and exposure to dyes, paints, solvents, radiation and rubber. Blood in the urine without any pain is usually the only complaint. Urine and blood tests, imaging and microscopic examination of tissue cut from the tumour are used by a urologist or oncologist to confirm the diagnosis and to decide on how to treat the cancer.
