Stephanie Maclennan is deeply interested in helping people of all ages to deal with confidence/self-esteem issues, anxiety, stress, fears and phobias, habits (smoking, drinking, nail biting and so on), other issues (eating, weight, public speaking) and so on. I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Hypnotherapist (CBH). CBT is a psychotherapeutic philosophy which deals with both cause and symptoms, and advocates a philosophy of healthy living . In addition, I am an Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) practitioner. EMDR is described as "the breakthrough therapy in overcoming anxiety, stress and trauma"
