Throughout the world, we have seen a sharp rise in the levels of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and younger age of death. These have all been linked to the rise in obesity. Fatty liver disease has been linked to all of these and many more.
Tawazun Health takes great pride in letting doctors and health professionals become aware of knowing their patient's liver conditions.
Knowing the condition of the liver is vital and can provide opportunities to better manage our patients or our own health and reduce the risks of developing other related conditions.
Tawazun Health are currently the market leader in providing and delivering services for your liver, whenever needed. Based in the capital of the UK, Tawazun Health currently runs two clinics across the city of London, with their main clinic placed on Harley Street, the medical hub for private healthcare.
Tawazun Health has made it possible for doctors and individuals to have direct access to a liver scan, without having a referral from the GP and take control of their lifestyle.
Using the latest in liver scan technology called Fibroscan, the scan is a non-invasive and time and time-efficient process.
The Fibroscan service provides individuals with information on the condition of their liver, the fat content and the stiffness. The non-invasive test will give immediate indication of the liver, which will be relayed by a skilled practitioner.
Tawazun Health's Fibroscan device is recognised internationally as the reference for a non-invasive liver diagnosis with more than 2,000 medial publications and 40 medical guideline recommendations.
A Fibroscan and report is currently purchased on a self-pay basis to anyone and currently available from the age of 16 years of age.
