Private pregnancy and gynaecology scans

Many people believe it is only rich and famous women who have private pregnancy and gynaecology scans. However, at the London Ultrasound Centre the majority of patients are ordinary women who have many different reasons for wanting private medical scan services.

Having private scans does not mean you cannot have your baby on the NHS. The staff at the London Ultrasound Centre will happily communicate with your NHS obstetrician or midwife to ensure you receive the very best in antenatal care.

3D/4D baby scans

Book any pregnancy scan at the London Ultrasound Centre and for no additional charge they will give you a preview of your baby in moving 3D (from 14 weeks onwards, usual cost £30).

For more information on 4D Baby Scans please visit the Cocoon4D Baby Scans website.

Gynaecology scans

You may self-refer or be referred by your gynaecologist. A gynaecology scan can help to detect a number of gynaecological conditions such as:

  • Ovarian cysts
  • Ovarian cancer screening
  • Premature ovarian failure, otherwise known as early menopause
  • Polycystic ovaries (PCOS)
  • Fibroids & polyps
